Traditionally (not a word we use often in Clarity Consulting), our advisors have come from an accounting and auditing background - but don't let that put you off.
If you're interested in helping smaller, privately owned businesses grow and improve their performance by implementing proven theory, then we're interested in you.
We provide training through our membership of ROCG (Ran One Consulting Group) — the world's leading network of independent accounting and consulting firms dedicated to the privately owned growth enterprise market. ROCG regularly runs an intensive four—day business consulting programme (BCP), covering theoretical and practical situations. All our advisers must complete the BCP before they can deliver its processes as a lead adviser. It's hard work but at the same time rewarding and can even be good fun! Outside the BCP, our training comprises ‘on the job’ learning, so you're able to work with customers and gain valuable experience from a very early stage.
Like our customers, we're a small business, so tend to have a small business mentality - which means we just get on and do it!
