ROCG shows businesses This Way Out – a roadmap to business transition

In 2005 the DTI’s report ‘Passing The Baton’ suggested over 40% of UK family-owned businesses would experience ownership change in the next five years, but only 5% of them would be prepared with a formal transition or succession plan. One of the major reasons why transition planning is not taken seriously is that business owners simply don’t know how.
